Request Deletion

To request deletion or correction of personal information connected to a claim, rental, contact request, or purchase, send a request with the email address used for the claim and enough detail to identify the placement.

What Can Be Deleted

Eligible contact details, campaign notes, and nonessential personal information can usually be deleted or corrected. Public claim content can be removed or updated when ownership can be verified.

What May Be Kept

Some records may be retained when required for payment records, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, security, backups, or proof of claim ownership.

Response Timing

Requests are reviewed manually. The goal is to respond within a reasonable timeframe after verifying that the requester controls the relevant email address or claim.
